JARV AI offers subscription plans with recurring billing ("Subscription"). When purchasing a Subscription, you will be billed in advance on a monthly basis.

A valid payment method (credit card) is required for processing payments. You authorize us to charge Subscription fees to your payment method.
If a payment fails, we will issue an invoice that must be settled manually within a given period to maintain access to the service.
JARV AI may offer free trials of its Subscription plans for a limited period. Upon expiration of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the Subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time without notice.
JARV AI reserves the right to adjust Subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of any changes in fees at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
All Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use it, and that posting it does not infringe on any third-party rights. JARV AI may review and remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
